I’ve been bringing my pets to Dr Rankin for 25 years. I’ve always appreciated the relationship with her and her team as well the care my pets have received. Even in those most difficult times at the end of the pet’s life they’ve shown incredible compassion and sensitivity.

I’ve taken my various pets to see Kelly Rankin for over 25 years. She is such an amazing, compassionate veterinarian. Whenever she meets a new pet of ours she is genuinely excited to meet them. She listens to concerns and takes them seriously, and her staff is the same. The entire practice is the best in the valley. I’ve never once been turned away when I had a pet emergency or urgent need. I cannot say enough good about this practice! And Dr. Thompson is amazing too! My pets are my family and I trust everyone who works here. This is a truly exceptional practice.

I contacted this clinic because my puppy had a painful broken nail and needed help. The lady there told me that they’re not accepting new patients for about a month, which was very frustrating and ridiculous by the way. I understand clinics have policies, but it would be helpful if they offered alternatives or referrals when pets are in pain. The experience left me feeling unsupported during a stressful moment for my dog
